Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
• Maintain and present valid state or federal issued photo identification at all times while on site; a photo badge must be worn throughout the duration of each shift

Required Qualifications

• Active Colorado Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license or eligibility
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred or Clinical Fellowship eligibility
• Valid state or federal issued photo identification required for facility access
• Ability to commit to a 14-week contract assignment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a contract or travel therapy setting
• Strong documentation and time management skills
• Experience working with diverse patient populations across speech, language, and swallowing domains
