Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Rotating Days/Nights | 3x12-hour shifts (7:00a–7:30p and 7:15p–7:15a) | Expected 36 hours/week | Rotating weekends and holidays based on department needs

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical / Telemetry unit
• Monitor and interpret telemetry readings and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders and nursing standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Accurately document patient assessments, care provided, and clinical outcomes in the medical record
• Rotate across day and night shifts, weekends, and holidays as required by department needs

Required Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association)
• Experience in a Medical Surgical or Telemetry nursing setting
• Ability to work rotating day and night shifts, including weekends and holidays

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior telemetry monitoring experience and ability to interpret cardiac rhythms
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) documentation systems
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills in a fast-paced inpatient environment
