Key Responsibilities

• Perform a wide variety of MRI examinations including brain, spine, abdomen, and extremity studies, as well as specialized studies such as Cardiac MRI and Breast MRI on day shift
• Provide coverage across Outpatient, Inpatient, and Emergency Department settings as needed
• Manage patients ranging from ambulatory to total assist, coordinating with RNs and support staff for higher-acuity patients
• Document and chart patient information accurately using EPIC
• Maintain compliance with all facility safety and imaging protocols, including MRI safety standards
• Commit to working 3 of 5 designated holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of MRI Technologist experience required
• Active Washington State MRI/Radiologic Technologist License required (compact license must be in hand at time of submission)
• ARRT-MR or ARRT-IT certification required
• BLS certification required
• Must live more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible — local candidates are not accepted

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working with neonatal, infant, pediatric, and adolescent patient populations
• Familiarity with high-acuity environments including Level II Trauma Centers
• Experience with specialized MRI studies such as Cardiac MRI and Breast MRI
