Contract | 13-Week Travel Assignment | Days, Tuesday–Saturday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individualized, intensive physical therapy treatment to patients in an inpatient acute rehabilitation setting
• Deliver specialized rehabilitation care to patients recovering from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, spinal cord injury, amputation, trauma, and orthopedic injury
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans tailored to each patient's recovery goals and functional needs
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support patients throughout their continuum of care
• Document patient progress and treatment interventions accurately and in a timely manner using the facility's electronic health record system

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license — must be valid in the state of California
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Minimum of 2 years of physical therapy experience
• Ability to work a Tuesday–Saturday schedule

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in an inpatient rehabilitation facility (IRF) or acute rehabilitation setting
• Experience treating neurological, spinal cord, and orthopedic patient populations
• Familiarity with high-acuity rehabilitation programs and interdisciplinary care models
