Key Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in an interventional radiology and special procedures environment, functioning in a setting similar to a Cath Lab
• Assist with and monitor patients undergoing CT-guided procedures, interventional medicine, and moderate sedation
• Support PICC line placements and assist with anesthesia care as needed
• Manage a scheduled caseload of outpatients while remaining flexible to accommodate inpatient needs as they arise
• Participate in an on-call rotation, expected approximately one to two days per month
• Adapt to a fast-paced, high-volume environment with flexibility in daily workflow

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license (must meet state requirements)
• ACLS certification required
• Interventional radiology or procedural radiology nursing experience; candidates with ICU or Emergency Department experience will also be considered
• Ability to take call as required by the department
• Flexibility to manage varying patient volumes and adapt to a dynamic schedule

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Critical care background (ICU or ER) with demonstrated ability to manage complex patients
• Experience with moderate sedation and anesthesia care monitoring
• Familiarity with PICC line placement and CT-guided or interventional procedures
• Prior experience in a Cath Lab or similarly structured procedural environment
