Key Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy evaluation and treatment services within an inpatient acute rehabilitation unit
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans in alignment with rehabilitation goals
- Document patient progress and clinical notes using Cerner Powerchart EMR
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care and discharge planning
- Adhere to facility dress code requirements (maroon or black scrubs)
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license valid in the state of California
- Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience
- Proficiency or ability to work with Cerner Powerchart EMR
- Ability to work in an inpatient rehabilitation setting
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in an acute rehabilitation or inpatient rehabilitation unit
- Familiarity with Smart Facility rehab protocols and standards
- Experience working within a structured, team-based interdisciplinary care model
