Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct physical therapy services to an outpatient population across assigned clinic locations
• Manage a caseload of approximately 12–14 patients per day with a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week
• Perform double-booking of follow-up visits as part of standard scheduling practice
• Float to additional clinic locations as needed to support patient care demands
• Collaborate with clinic leadership and obtain director approval prior to working any overtime hours

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Texas or eligibility to obtain one
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (new graduates are welcome to apply)
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
• Candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility will be considered at a local rate

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior outpatient physical therapy experience
• Comfort managing a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced clinic environment
• Flexibility to float between clinic locations as needed
