Contract (13–26 weeks) | Days | Monday–Friday | 4x10 schedule available; must be open to 2 evenings per week until 7:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy evaluation and treatment to a general patient population
• Manage an expected caseload of approximately 55–63 patients per week
• Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner using the Raintree EMR system
• Collaborate with an experienced on-site therapy team including PTs and a PTA
• Maintain availability for evening hours as required by clinic scheduling needs

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Maine or ability to obtain prior to start
• Minimum of 3 months of outpatient PT experience, or at least 1 year of PT experience in another clinical setting
• New graduates are not eligible for this position
• Willingness and ability to work up to 2 evening shifts per week (until 7:30 PM)
• Completion of required HealthStream modules as part of pre-placement requirements

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a general outpatient orthopedic or musculoskeletal setting
• Familiarity with Raintree EMR
• Comfort working in a high-volume outpatient environment
