Contract | Days | 4x10-Hour Shifts (6:45 AM – 5:15 PM) | On-Call Required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide perioperative nursing care within a short-term acute care operating room environment
• Adhere to call requirements as part of the standard schedule
• Commit to working 3 of 5 designated holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)
• Complete required onboarding modules prior to start date and annually thereafter
• Float to sister facilities nearby as needed; refusal to float may impact assignment status
• Document and chart patient care using EPIC

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license required; Compact license must be in hand at time of submission
• Minimum of 1 year of Operating Room RN experience required
• Must submit all time-off requests and scheduling needs upfront at the time of submission — post-offer requests may not be honored
• 2 professional references covering at least 1 year of experience within the last 3 years required prior to start (Charge RNs and Leads accepted)
• Must live within 50 miles of the facility; locals are accepted
• Background must be clear — facility does not accept background hits

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working within a Providence health system facility (disclosure of previous Providence employment, including location and dates, is required at submission)
• Familiarity with EPIC charting system
• Experience in a high-volume or acute care surgical environment
