Key Responsibilities

• Provide skilled perioperative nursing care within an 18-OR surgical suite
• Support a broad range of procedures including hearts, trauma, orthopedics, neurosurgery, urology, GYN, and robotics (DaVinci and Mako)
• Operate within a Level I Trauma Center environment, adapting to high-acuity and emergent surgical cases
• Utilize Meditech for clinical documentation in accordance with facility standards
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure patient safety and quality outcomes throughout the perioperative continuum

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license valid in the state of Missouri (or compact eligibility)
• Minimum 2 years of Operating Room nursing experience
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• Demonstrated proficiency in core OR skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with robotic-assisted surgery platforms (DaVinci and/or Mako)
• Background in trauma, cardiovascular, or neurosurgical OR settings
• Familiarity with Meditech documentation system
