Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care as an OR RN in a high-volume Level I trauma center environment, including ortho, trauma, spine, neuro, and general surgery cases
• Maintain a 1:1 patient ratio throughout surgical procedures
• Adhere to quality and patient safety standards, including medication administration protocols such as BCMA
• Participate in weekend rotations as needed, typically every third weekend
• Complete required orientation modules and maintain compliance with all facility training requirements
• Document patient care accurately using Cerner electronic health records

Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Arizona RN license or a valid compact RN license – Required
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association – Required
• ACLS certification through the American Heart Association – Required
• Minimum of 2 years of OR RN experience
• Experience in general, orthopedic, spine, trauma, and neuro surgery (specifically craniotomies)
• Level I trauma experience required; highly skilled clinicians with recent Level II trauma experience at a comparable or larger facility may be considered

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience with Cerner electronic health records
• Comfort working in a teaching hospital environment
• Experience in a high-volume, multi-specialty OR setting with 11 or more operating rooms
