Contract | Days | 3x12-Hour Shifts | Start/stop times may vary based on unit needs | On-call requirement: approximately 4 call shifts per 13-week rotation | Weekend availability may be required based on scheduling needs

Key Responsibilities

• Provide perioperative nursing care across a high-volume OR environment with 18 operating rooms, including trauma, general, neuro, thoracic, ortho, plastics, robotics, GYN, ENT, urology, vascular, and pediatric cases
• Participate in on-call rotations as required by the department
• Adapt to a combination of 10- and 12-hour shifts and support evening room coverage as needed
• Care for a primarily adult patient population with occasional pediatric cases
• Maintain compliance with all facility policies, including holiday coverage requirements (must be available to work 3 of 5 designated holidays)
• Document patient care accurately using EPIC electronic health records

Required Qualifications

• Active and valid RN license for the state of Washington; compact license must be in hand at time of submission
• Minimum 1 year of Operating Room RN experience
• Level II Trauma Center experience (or greater) required
• Must submit all requested time off (RTO) at the time of submittal; post-offer RTO requests may not be accommodated
• Must live more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
• 2 professional references covering at least 1 year of experience within the last 3 years required prior to start

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Scrub experience preferred
• Experience in one or more of the following service lines: neuro, thoracic, general, orthopedics, plastics, robotics, GYN, ENT, pediatrics, urology, trauma, or vascular
• Familiarity with EPIC charting system
