Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a 10-bed ICU unit with an expected nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:2.5 per shift
• Monitor, assess, and manage critically ill patients in an intensive care settingOccasionally accept medical/surgical overflow patients when the ICU has capacity and the M/S unit is at census
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility standards
• Be willing and able to float to other units or facilities as needed, up to 75 miles from the contracted facility

Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license with no license hits or disciplinary actions
• Minimum of 1 year of recent ICU experience
• Current and valid government-issued photo ID (driver's license or state-issued ID)
• Proof of residence (utility bill, mortgage statement, or lease agreement) in the traveler's name, with an address matching the ID, dated within three months of the projected start date
• Must live more than 75 miles from the contracted facility to be eligible — candidates within 75 miles are considered local and are not eligible for this position
• Must be willing to float to other units or facilities as operationally required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience managing a mixed ICU and medical/surgical patient population
• Familiarity with travel nursing compliance requirements and orientation module completion
• Strong adaptability and comfort working in varied acute care environments
