Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical/Surgical Oncology unit
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care for oncology patients
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support patient outcomes
• Monitor and document patient condition, progress, and response to treatment

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of West Virginia or a compact state license
• Valid, unexpired driver's license required — copy must be submitted with application
• Any licensing hits or disciplinary actions must be disclosed at time of submission
• Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a Medical/Surgical Oncology setting
• Familiarity with oncology-specific medications, treatments, and patient care protocols
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
