Key Responsibilities

• Perform RN Circulator duties across a wide range of surgical specialties including General, GYN, Vascular, Orthopedic, Urology, Podiatry, and da Vinci Robotic Surgery
• Provide direct patient care in a 7-room OR suite serving patients of all ages at a Level III Trauma facility
• Maintain a 1:1 patient ratio and adhere to all facility safety and quality standards, including those set by the Joint Commission
• Fulfill call requirements including 1 night of call per week and 1 weekend of call per month, with potential for every-other-weekend coverage as needed
• Float interdepartmentally as needed
• Document patient care accurately using the Meditech EHR system

Required Qualifications

• Active RN licensure valid to practice in West Virginia
• ACLS certification required prior to start
• BLS certification required prior to start
• NIH certification required prior to start
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an OR Circulator
• Circulating experience in General, GYN, Vascular, Orthopedic, Urology, Podiatry, and/or da Vinci Robotic Surgery
• Must live at least 60 miles from the facility to be eligible as a travel candidate

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in both OR scrub and circulator roles
• Familiarity with Meditech EHR
• Professional demeanor with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced surgical environment
