Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans as prescribed by a licensed physician
• Administer occupational therapy treatments and therapeutic agents to restore function and prevent disability following injury, disease, or physical disability
• Assist patients in reaching their maximum performance and level of functioning within their capabilities
• Support patients in adapting to and living within the limits of their functional abilities
• Focus primarily on pediatric patient populations

Required Qualifications

• Current Occupational Therapist (OT) licensure in the state of Wisconsin or eligibility to obtain
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Ability to evaluate, plan, direct, and administer occupational therapy modalities of treatment
• Experience working with physician-referred patients in a clinical setting

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working with pediatric patients
• Experience in an acute care or medical center environment
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
