Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat individuals experiencing pain, injury, dysfunction, or disease to support recovery and functional improvement
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aimed at restoring participation in everyday activities
• Support patients across the lifespan in achieving optimal living and integration within their environment
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment approaches as clinically appropriate
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure comprehensive patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of Iowa
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• NBCOT certification required or eligible
• Strong clinical knowledge in evaluation and treatment of functional deficits

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a contract or travel therapy setting
• Experience working with diverse patient populations across the lifespan
• Strong communication and documentation skills
