Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:30)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an intermediate care / stepdown unit setting
• Monitor and assess patients requiring telemetry and critical care-level observation
• Document all clinical activities accurately using Epic electronic health records
• Float within scope to other units or sister facilities as needed to meet staffing needs
• Participate in facility orientation modules, including billable non-clinical and non-billable clinical hours

Required Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered RN license (no license hits; pending licenses not accepted)
• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in Critical Care or Telemetry
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
• Proficiency with Epic charting system
• Must reside more than 75 miles from the contracted facility to be eligible — local candidates will not be considered
• Valid driver's license or state-issued ID, plus a utility bill in the traveler's name with a matching address dated within the last three months, are required at time of submission

Preferred Experience / Skills

• First-time travel nurses are welcome to apply
• Experience floating across multiple unit types or care settings
• Ability to adapt quickly to varying patient acuity levels within a stepdown environment
