Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:00) | Expected 36–48 hours/week; schedule subject to change based on staffing needs | On-call and weekend rotation required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Stepdown/Med Surg Overflow unit operating under a team nursing model (split between 2 RNs, 2 LPNs, a medication nurse, and a charge nurse) at a ratio of 1:12
• Deliver neurological patient care in alignment with unit protocols and Level I Trauma Center standards
• Participate in on-call duties and weekend rotation as needed
• Float to like units or campuses within a 20-mile radius as operationally required
• Adhere to all compliance, credentialing, and documentation requirements throughout the assignment
• Work a minimum of 2 of 3 end-of-year holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's) if all three fall within the assignment period; at least 1 of 2 if only two holidays fall within the assignment

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of Tennessee or a compact RN license compliant with NLC guidelines (no pending licenses accepted)
• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in a Stepdown, IMC/PCU, or related specialty
• At least 1 prior completed travel nursing assignment required
• Level I Trauma Center experience required
• Large hospital experience required
• Must live at least 100 miles from the facility to be eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

• 3 or more years of experience in a relevant specialty
• EPIC electronic health record experience
• Neurological patient care background
