Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | On-call and weekend availability required as needed

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Neuro ICU setting, managing complex neurological and critically ill patient populations
• Monitor and assess patient status, implement care plans, and respond to changes in condition in a fast-paced critical care environment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate and deliver high-quality patient outcomes
• Participate in on-call duties and weekend coverage as needed per unit requirements
• Float to like units or campuses within a 20-mile radius on an as-needed basis
• Maintain compliance with all active licensure and certification requirements throughout the duration of the assignment

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recent Neuro ICU experience required; first-time travelers may be considered with 3 or more years of recent experience
• At least 1 prior travel assignment required
• Active RN license in Tennessee or a valid Compact (NLC-compliant) RN license — must be in compliance at time of submission; pending licenses are not accepted
• All requested time off (RTO) must be submitted at the time of application; RTO submitted after an offer is made will not be honored
• Must live at least 100 miles from the facility to be eligible — this requirement is strictly enforced
• Willingness to work holidays as required: if 2 holidays fall within the assignment period, at least 1 must be worked; if all 3 end-of-year holidays fall within the assignment, at least 2 must be worked

Preferred Experience / Skills

• 3 or more years of recent Neuro ICU or critical care experience
• Experience with EPIC electronic health records system
• BSN degree (ADN accepted for this position)
