Key Responsibilities

• Provide post-anesthesia care to patients in the PACU setting
• Monitor and assess patient recovery following surgical or procedural interventions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe patient transitions
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation; Altera (EHR) experience preferred
• Participate in on-call responsibilities as required by the unit schedule
• Complete required orientation modules during the onboarding period

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license required — must be in hand at time of submittal
• Minimum 2 years of experience in PACU or applicable service line
• Current certifications must be verifiable at time of submission
• Must be available to complete required pre-employment lab work within 72 hours of accepting an offer, or have a documented plan in place
• Candidates must reside more than 150 miles from the facility to be eligible (local candidates are not accepted)
• Previous permanent staff at this facility must have been separated for at least 1 year before returning as a traveler
• Facility conducts an on-site drug screen upon arrival, including marijuana and CBD products; a positive result will result in immediate cancellation with no exceptions

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience preferred
• Experience with Altera charting system preferred
