Contract | Days | Option 1: 5x8s, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Friday–Tuesday | Option 2: 4x10s, 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM, Friday–Monday

Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services within an inpatient rehabilitation setting, with a primary focus on neurological diagnoses including stroke
• Evaluate and treat patients with a variety of diagnoses including brain injury, spinal cord injury, amputation, cancer, and debility
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to maximize patient functional independence and recovery
• Document patient progress and clinical findings using EPIC EMR
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary rehabilitation team members to coordinate patient care
• Float to other health system campuses as needed

Required Qualifications

• NBCOT certification required
• BLS certification required
• EPIC EMR experience required
• Active OT license must be in hand at time of submission
• No new graduates; prior clinical experience required
• Must not reside within 50 miles of the facility to be eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in an Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility (IRF) strongly preferred
• Strong background in acute care considered in lieu of direct IRF experience
• Experience treating neurological conditions, particularly stroke, brain injury, and spinal cord injury
• First-time travelers with a background in inpatient rehab are welcome to apply
