Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy evaluation and treatment services within an acute care setting
• Maintain compliance with facility scheduling requirements, including holiday coverage expectations (expected to work 3 of 5 designated holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)
• May be expected to float between nearby sister facilities as needed during the assignment
• Maintain active BLS and NBCOT certification throughout the duration of the assignment
• Complete required orientation modules prior to and during the start of assignment

Required Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapist state license — compact license must be in hand at time of submission
• BLS certification required
• NBCOT certification required
• Minimum of 1 year of acute care experience required
• Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible as a standard travel candidate (local candidates may be considered under separate terms)
• 2 professional references covering at least 1 year of experience within the last 3 years required prior to start

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a large acute care or hospital-based therapy setting
• Demonstrated flexibility with scheduling, floating, and adapting to dynamic clinical environments
