Key Responsibilities

Provide occupational therapy services to patients within a home health setting across a designated service area
Meet a productivity expectation of a minimum of 30 points per week
Complete all clinical documentation by 10:00 AM the following day
Utilize HCHB (Homecare Homebase) for documentation and care coordination
Travel throughout the assigned coverage area to conduct patient visits

Required Qualifications

Active Occupational Therapist (OT) licensure in the state of Washington
Minimum of one (1) year of home health experience required
Proficiency with HCHB (Homecare Homebase) documentation system
Ability to travel within a 50+ mile radius of the office location

Preferred Experience / Skills

Experience managing a high-volume caseload in a home health environment
Strong time management and independent documentation skills
