Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy evaluation and treatment services within an acute care hospital setting
• Deliver patient care during evening hours across a 2x8-hour weekly schedule
• Float within the hospital and perform duties within your established scope of practice
• Complete required orientation modules and annual compliance training through the facility's learning management system
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility standards

Required Qualifications

• Active Maryland state PT license or Compact license required — must be active and in hand at time of submission
• Two supervisor references required at submission
• Candidates must be willing to float within the hospital and within their scope of practice
• Former employees of the facility must have been separated for at least 1 year prior to placement
• Candidates must be nicotine-free; this is a tobacco-free facility and a positive nicotine screen may result in cancellation
• Local candidates are welcome

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in an acute care hospital environment
• Familiarity with WorkDay or similar learning management platforms for completing compliance modules
• Strong adaptability and comfort working across multiple units or departments
