Key Responsibilities

Perform circulating and/or scrub duties in a true multi-specialty ambulatory surgery center environment
Support surgical cases across specialties including ophthalmology, sports medicine, general surgery, GYN, GI (colonoscopy and EGD), podiatry, and plastics
Maintain a 1:1 patient ratio throughout perioperative care
Operate and assist with specialized equipment including the daVinci Xi robotic platform and Alcon Centurion system
Complete all documentation using paper-based charting (no EMR)
Collaborate with a small, experienced OR team and proactively assist colleagues across cases as needed

Required Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
BLS certification required
ACLS certification required
Minimum 1 year of OR circulating and/or scrub experience
Ophthalmology surgery experience (cataract and/or retina) — circulating and/or scrubbing — required; candidates without this skill will not be considered

Preferred Experience / Skills

Experience with robotic-assisted surgery, specifically the daVinci Xi platform
Background in orthopedic, ENT, or general surgery cases
Team-oriented, proactive work style with a willingness to support colleagues across cases
