Contract (26 Weeks) | Full-Time | Days | Onsite | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | No weekend or holiday requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Provide 45-minute, 1:1 outpatient physical therapy evaluations and recurring treatments
• Manage a caseload of approximately 9 patients per day, including evaluation and ongoing scheduling
• Treat a wide variety of diagnoses within a small community outpatient rehab setting, with a primary focus on orthopedics
• Effectively manage cancellations and no-shows to maintain caseload efficiency
• Collaborate with rehab aides and PTAs while maintaining 1:1 treatment standards
• Adhere to business casual dress code and participate in department-specific orientation

Required Qualifications

• Active Colorado Physical Therapist License or Compact Licensure eligibility
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA)
• Must be available and present in-state for the full week of orientation, even if initial modules are conducted remotely
• Must reside at least 60 miles from the facility to be eligible; valid driver's license required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Well-rounded physical therapy background with experience across a broad range of diagnoses
• Experience in outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation settings
• Strong caseload and schedule management skills in a community-based clinic environment
