Key Responsibilities

• Provide perioperative nursing care within a 13-OR inpatient surgical suite
• Support a wide range of surgical procedures including orthopedics, robotics, bariatrics, neurosurgery, general surgery, and GYN/GU cases
• Assist with robotic-assisted surgical procedures utilizing the da Vinci Xi platform across colorectal, bariatric, general, GYN, and GU specialties
• Participate in complex orthopedic procedures with a focus on total joint replacements and complex revisions
• Document patient care accurately using the Meditech electronic documentation system

Required Qualifications

• Active RN licensure (or compact equivalent) in good standing
• Minimum 2 years of inpatient Operating Room experience
• Robust neurosurgery experience required
• BLS certification required
• Proficiency with Meditech or comparable electronic health record system

Preferred Experience / Skills

• CNOR certification preferred
• Experience with robotic-assisted surgery, particularly the da Vinci Xi system
• Background in complex orthopedic cases including total knees, hips, and revisions
