Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to a caseload of approximately 7–10 patients per day across a wide variety of diagnoses including geriatric, pediatric, neurological, and orthopedic conditions
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with patient goals and clinical best practices
• Document patient progress and treatment plans using Epic EMR
• Collaborate with a lead therapist and rehabilitation technician to coordinate and deliver patient care
• Participate in department-specific orientation including Epic training and mentored patient care onboarding

Required Qualifications

• Active Michigan Occupational Therapist license (or confirmation that the application process has been initiated)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Ability to comply with a drug-free workplace policy, including a negative drug screen for all panels
• Candidates with a permanent address within 50 miles of the facility may be subject to a local pay rate

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Pediatric therapy experience is preferred
• Familiarity with Epic EMR
• Experience treating a diverse patient population including geriatric, neurological, and orthopedic diagnoses
