Contract | Travel | 13 Weeks | Nights (6:45 PM – 6:45 AM) | Expected 36 hours/week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Department serving all age populations, including pediatric and geriatric patients
• Work within a 19-bed ED and 9-bed freestanding ED environment, maintaining a 1:4 patient ratio
• Utilize Meditech EHR for accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes
• Respond to a Level III Trauma environment, applying TNCC, ACLS, PALS, and ENPC competencies as required
• Participate in weekend coverage on an every-other/as-needed basis and fulfill call requirements as needed
• Float to other units as needed per facility requirements

Required Qualifications

• Active RN licensure valid for practice in Texas
• Minimum 1 year of Emergency Department experience
• Required certifications prior to start: ACLS, BLS, ENPC, HWC, PALS, TNCC
• Professional demeanor and conduct in a clinical setting
• Must live at least 60 miles from the facility to be eligible as a travel candidate

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a trauma-designated emergency department
• Familiarity with Meditech EHR platform
• Comfort caring for a broad patient population across all age groups
