Key Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients in an acute rehabilitation setting
Develop and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans
Monitor and document patient progress toward functional goals
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team to coordinate patient care
Adhere to facility policies, clinical protocols, and regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Arkansas
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Ability to work PM/night shifts including holidays such as Thanksgiving

Preferred Experience / Skills

Prior experience in an acute rehabilitation or inpatient rehab setting
Strong clinical documentation and communication skills
