Physical Therapist (PT) – Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility (IRF), Travel Contract

Contract | 13-Week Travel Assignment | Days | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive physical therapy evaluation and treatment to patients in an inpatient acute rehabilitation setting
• Deliver specialized rehabilitation care for individuals recovering from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, spinal cord injury, amputation, trauma, and orthopedic injury
• Develop and implement individualized, intensive treatment plans tailored to each patient's functional goals and recovery needs
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary rehabilitation team to coordinate ongoing patient care throughout the recovery journey
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as clinically appropriate

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Indiana or eligibility for licensure
• Minimum of 2 years of physical therapy experience
• Experience in an inpatient rehabilitation or acute care setting
• Current BLS/CPR certification required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in an Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility (IRF) setting
• Experience treating neurological, stroke, or spinal cord injury patient populations
• Familiarity with IRF documentation and compliance requirements
