Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting
• Complete required clinical documentation in accordance with facility and credentialing standards
• Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans to support patient recovery and functional goals
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure continuity and quality of patient care

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license (compact license accepted at start; permanent Texas state license must be obtained promptly)
• Experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
• Ability to fulfill credentialing requirements, including completion of facility-specific documentation prior to assignment start
• Candidates who have worked at this facility in a permanent or PRN capacity within the past year are not eligible for this assignment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience as a travel physical therapist
• Strong documentation skills and familiarity with outpatient EMR systems
