Key Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients with acute and chronic injuries or limitations that are neuro/musculo/skeletal in nature
Address declines in physical mobility and functional independence across a variety of patient presentations
Provide services in areas including sports and orthopedic rehab, neurological and stroke rehab, balance, and spinal therapy
Travel to multiple points of care as needed

Required Qualifications

Current, unencumbered Oregon Physical Therapy license required
Healthcare Provider Level BLS certification required
Ability to travel to multiple points of care

Preferred Experience / Skills

Experience in acute care or inpatient rehabilitation settings
Background in neurological, orthopedic, or stroke rehabilitation
