Contract | Variable Shifts — Nights (3x12, 19:00–07:00) or Days (4x10, 07:00–17:00, Saturday–Tuesday) | Expected 40 hours/week | No Call

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine and specialized MRI procedures by integrating medical knowledge and technical skills to provide quality patient care and accurate diagnostic information
• Prepare, supply, and equip exam rooms to meet the needs of requested examinations and specific physician requirements
• Integrate previous imaging studies, laboratory results, patient history, and medical records to optimize each exam
• Perform the most appropriate examination based on patient information through consultation with interpreting and/or ordering physicians as necessary
• Provide patient education and instructions throughout the examination process
• Organize daily work schedules and perform related clerical duties as required

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of MRI technologist experience
• Active ARRT(MR) certification required
• BLS certification required
• Valid Washington State MRI license required (proof of application acceptable at time of submission; note that start date may be delayed up to 8 weeks while licensure is processed)
• Two professional references from the past 2 years required, with at least one from a supervisor
• Must be willing to float as needed within the health system
• Candidates must reside more than 60 miles from the facility to be eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Epic EMR system
• Experience with both routine and advanced/specialized MRI protocols
