Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Travel | 13 Weeks | Days | 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM | 2–6 days of call per month expected

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct perioperative nursing care in a main OR setting with 5 operating rooms
• Maintain a 1:1 RN-to-patient ratio throughout surgical procedures
• Support a range of surgical specialties including Ortho, Spine, Vascular, General Surgery, Colorectal, Robotic, GYN, and ENT
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including surgical techs, anesthesia tech, and OR analyst
• Document accurately using the Meditech charting system
• Participate in on-call rotation as expected (approximately 2–6 days per month)

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license valid for practice in Missouri
• Minimum 2 years of Operating Room nursing experience
• Working knowledge of the Meditech charting system
• Ability to work with standard OR equipment across multiple surgical specialties

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Strong vascular surgical skills highly preferred
• Experience in robotic-assisted surgical procedures
• Familiarity with a high-volume, multi-specialty OR environment
