Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) setting within a hospital environment
• Float to additional units as needed to support staffing and patient care demands
• Monitor and assess patients requiring intermediate-level care, identifying and responding to changes in patient condition
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – Compact (multi-state) license required at time of submission
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a hospital setting
• Experience in a PCU, IMC, or Step-Down unit

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience
• Demonstrated ability to float and adapt quickly across multiple units
• Strong critical thinking and patient assessment skills in an intermediate care environment
