Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical unit in accordance with facility protocols and scope of practice
• Maintain flexibility with scheduling as determined by facility needs; no schedule requests or block scheduling can be accommodated
• Float within the facility and within scope of practice as needed, which may include coverage in a CNA or Tech role
• Work assigned major holidays that fall within the contract period per facility holiday policy
• Complete all required orientation modules and compliance documentation by established deadlines

Required Qualifications

• Active Georgia RN license or valid Compact RN license required at time of submission
• Minimum of 2 years of Medical Surgical nursing experience
• All requested time off (RTO) must be finalized at time of submission; no RTO or schedule requests can be made post-offer or while on assignment
• No RTO may be requested during orientation week (Monday–Sunday)
• Maximum of 7 days RTO per contract
• Full compliance with onboarding requirements must be completed within 48 hours of contract signing; all compliance documents are due the Tuesday prior to start date
• Local candidates are welcome and accepted

Preferred Experience / Skills

• First-time travelers are eligible and encouraged to apply
• Experience with floating across units or care settings within a hospital environment
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems used in acute care settings
