Key Responsibilities

Provide perioperative nursing care within a 9-bed Operating Room unit performing approximately 15 cases per day
Collaborate with a team of 25+ physicians across a variety of surgical specialties
Maintain a 1:3 nurse-to-patient ratio throughout surgical procedures
Support spine, orthopedic, and robotic-assisted surgical cases in an acute care OR setting

Required Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
Minimum of 2 years of current experience in spine, orthopedic, and robotic surgery within an acute care Operating Room
Must reside at least 100 miles from the facility to be eligible
Current, valid driver's license required — must be submitted with application packet

Preferred Experience / Skills

Experience working in a high-volume OR environment
Familiarity with a wide range of surgical specialties and multi-physician team dynamics
