Key Responsibilities

• Perform nuclear medicine imaging procedures within the nuclear medicine department
• Operate nuclear medicine imaging equipment in accordance with departmental protocols
• Ensure accurate preparation and administration of radiopharmaceuticals as required by the role
• Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards specific to nuclear medicine
• Collaborate with clinical staff to support patient care throughout the imaging process

Required Qualifications

• Background in medical imaging with direct experience in nuclear medicine — candidates with lab tech backgrounds lacking nuclear medicine experience will not be considered
• ARRT (N) or NMTCB certification in Nuclear Medicine Technology required
• Current and valid state licensure or eligibility to practice in Illinois, if applicable

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a hospital-based nuclear medicine department
• Familiarity with a variety of nuclear medicine imaging modalities and procedures
