Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Every Other Weekend

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical unit during night shift hours
• Float within the facility and within scope of practice as needed
• Adhere to unit-specific scheduling expectations, including holiday coverage requirements per contract period
• Complete all required orientation modules and compliance documentation within designated timelines
• Maintain full compliance with onboarding requirements to ensure timely start

Required Qualifications

• Active Georgia RN license or valid Compact RN license required at time of submission
• Minimum 1 year of Medical Surgical nursing experience (first-time travelers are welcome)
• All requested time off (RTO) must be finalized at time of submission — no RTO or schedule requests will be accepted post-offer or after start
• No RTO may be requested during orientation week (Monday–Sunday)
• Maximum of 7 days RTO per contract
• If one or two major holidays fall within the assignment period, holiday RTO cannot be requested; if three holidays fall within the assignment period, one holiday RTO may be considered
• Local candidates are welcome and accepted at the same rate

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience in a Medical Surgical setting
• Familiarity with working in a fast-paced acute care environment
• Strong adaptability and ability to float within a facility as needed
