Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an IMC/PCU/Stepdown setting during night shift hours
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, including telemetry, and respond appropriately to changes in patient status
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to deliver safe, high-quality nursing care
• Actively participate in nursing student support and clinical education alongside the provision of clinical care
• Complete required orientation modules, including online computer-based learning (CBLs), during the onboarding period

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience
• AHA BLS certification required (AHA-issued only; no other forms accepted)
• Must live at least 100 miles from the facility to be eligible
• Relias EKG testing must be completed within 72 hours of signing; two attempts allowed — failure of both or non-completion results in automatic cancellation
• Drug test must be completed within 12–14 calendar days prior to start date; candidates must be available to return to the lab a second time if needed

Preferred Experience / Skills

• AHA ACLS certification (AHA-issued only)
• NIH Stroke Scale certification
• Telemetry experience
