Pros
Friendly, mostly responsive
Cons
She made it seem like the facility I was assigned to was traveler friendl and stated that previous travel nurses end up staying and renewing c their contracts. But this was not the case none of the travelers were there except one. The staff nurses told me that most of the travelers end up leaving after their contract ends. when I got to the facility it was a different story. The nurse manager was very passive aggressive . She never provided me computer access to the EHR system so I would show up to my shift not being able to chart or do anything which made the staff frustrated because I was basically useless to them. I contacted management about this and never got me access. Then one of the staff nurses end up reporting me which were lies and ultimately I was terminated without any explanation on my end . The nurse manager she took her staff word as face value and did not consider my side. Mind you up until termination I never was given computer access. I never experienced a facility like this in all my experience as a traveler. I felt like I was bamboozled taking this assignment and I wish I never did! I will never work with Jess or this company again!
