I've been a travel nurse for a long time and have worked with numerous agencies and recruiters throughout my career, but none compare to Jessica — she beats them all. I’ve had an outstanding experience working with my recruiter at JNP. She is highly sharp, and clearly knows her industry. She sets clear expectations upfront and pays close attention to detail, all while maintaining a genuinely kind and approachable manner. What I appreciate most is that she trusts me to do my job without micromanaging or constant check-ins — she does her part, I do mine, and together we get great results. My only ‘con’ is that I missed out on a holiday gift and a Nurses Week thank-you, simply because I’m notoriously slow to respond to emails — that one’s on me, not her!
