The Pre-Admission Services Registered Nurse is essential for ensuring optimal surgical outcomes by conducting thorough pre-operative assessments. This role involves collaborating with healthcare teams to prepare patients for surgery through comprehensive evaluations, education, and coordination of care. The RN will utilize evidence-based practices to assess and address potential risks, ensuring patients are well-informed and ready for their surgical experience.
