As a Travel RN in the NICU, you will provide specialized care to premature and critically ill newborns. Your role involves monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Working three 12-hour shifts per week, you’ll experience the vibrant lifestyle of Nashville while contributing to a dedicated healthcare team. This position requires previous NICU experience and offers a dynamic work environment.

Pros

They will get you a contract. Pay for flights (out of your money though) will help you find housing (out of your money though)

Cons

Low-ball travelers, mess up paperwork, lie about pay, steal money bout of your check, they unfortunately take advantage of travelers and don’t pay out bonuses sometimes. If you refer someone they don’t keep their word and pay you per referral. I wouldn’t recommmend them to anyone.
