In this critical care float position, you will provide high-quality patient care in various ICU settings. You'll be responsible for monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. The role requires flexibility as you may float to different units, including surgical and telemetry areas, depending on patient needs.
