Description
As a Pharmacist at our facility, you will be responsible for managing medication therapy and ensuring the safe and effective use of medications for patients across various age groups. You will collaborate with healthcare teams to provide optimal pharmaceutical care and participate in patient education. This role involves a rotating schedule with some weekend and call requirements, focusing on quality patient care in a dynamic environment.
