Under the direction of the Unit Manager, the RN/LPN participates in assessing, planning, and implementing resident care in a long-term care setting. The role requires a current active license in Montana and the ability to learn and retain pertinent information. The position emphasizes collaboration and support of the facility's mission and nursing philosophy.
