Description:Hospital: TriStar Greenview Regional Hospital Location: Bowling Green, KY Address: 1801 Ashley Circle Unit Name: Ortho and Med Surg Building: Cost Center: 615, 614 General Information Unit Specifics: Number of Beds : Ortho has 30 beds, Med Surg has 37 Patient Ratios : Usually 6:1 Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : We utilize PCTs and SNE s in our tech role, and we have a US during the day shift hours. Type of equipment : Documentation system: Meditech Scheduling requirements: Schedules are in a month increment (4 weeks), full time must work 4 weekend shifts (ex: 3 Saturdays and 1 Sunday, etc.). Floating policy: We float to inpatient units to take patients, float with tasks in CCU and ED Patient Experience requirements: All levels welcome to apply Hospital Specifics- Certifications: BLS Hiring profile Requested Skill Set: RN, LPN, PCT Must have: Positive attitude, be willing to work hard, manage a patient load, utilize team work strategies and utmost provide patient centered patient care. Advanced skills needed: Procedures performed on unit: Some MD s will do bedside procedures, not as common as in CCU/ED Certifications Required: BLS Dress Code: (Required uniform) Scrub top, scrub bottoms, no fleece, hoodies, sweatshirts, sweaters. Long sleeve shirt under srub top or scrub jacket is permitted. No shoes with holes. No denim, no camo. Unit Guidelines/Policies: Please attach unit specific policies and guidelines.
